Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Confinix Stream ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Confinix Stream is a personal media streaming application for iOS that allows you to connect your cloud storage accounts (including Koofr, pCloud, and custom WebDAV servers) and stream your own media files directly on your device. The App does not host, store, or distribute any media content.

3. User Accounts & Cloud Storage

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your cloud storage credentials. The App connects to your cloud storage providers using credentials you provide. We do not store your cloud storage passwords on our servers.

• You must have valid accounts with supported cloud storage providers.
• You are solely responsible for the content stored in your cloud accounts.
• You must comply with the terms of service of your cloud storage providers.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Confinix Stream offers optional premium subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime) through Apple's In-App Purchase system. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
• Lifetime purchases are a one-time payment and do not renew.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Stream or access content that you do not have the legal right to view.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Confinix. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all cloud storage configurations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Confinix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to cloud storage, or interruption of streaming services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
